Race Engineering does not access, view, analyse, or inspect your uploaded files, models, prompts, or generated outputs, except where access is strictly necessary to provide, maintain, secure, or troubleshoot the Platform.
5.3 No Sale or Commercial Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise commercially share your personal data or Content with third parties for their marketing or advertising purposes.
5.4 Confidentiality of Content
Content uploaded to or processed through GPU Instances remains confidential and is processed only for the purpose of providing the compute services requested by you.
5.5 Limited Technical Processing
Only the technical information necessary to operate the Platform—such as instance configuration, resource utilisation, compute duration, and system logs—may be processed for service delivery, billing, security, and operational purposes.
5.6 Legal and Security Exceptions
Where required by applicable law, legal process, or to investigate security incidents, Race Engineering may access or disclose information to the extent legally necessary. Any such access or disclosure will be limited to the applicable requirement.
